- I continued working on aligning the laser in order to perform an ideal magnet experiment
- I placed the iron foil in between an iris and an iris holder
- I placed the magnet to the back of the iris (this still was around 1 mm away)
- I then performed a few experiments
- no magnets 360 degree rotation of analyzer with foil reflection; 4 magnets behind the foil with 360 degree rotation of analyzer
- I repeated the above
- with Analyzer set vertically (maximum amount of light coming through), starting from 0 increased # of magnets to 4
- I repeated the above
- I then went from 4 to 0 to 4 again measuring power and also the power during magnet transition where there were no magnets on the iris
