Rough timetable:

1. HDIce run2b completed (March 13)
2. Beam studies until cryo transition to CMTF
3. PSS Certification immediately afterwards
4. CMTF tests with C75-1 (late-March - early-June). More refined CMTF schedule / testing duration?
5. UITF beamline Modification in parallel to install new beamline
6. Supplementary Shielding Installation: Mid-June
7. Beamline Commissioning / Test Plans / Shielding Verification: Late June / Early July
8. Tentative (Pending Change request approval): Monday July 12th-Friday July 26th - Commission new beam line and execute experiment [May slide a week... and weekends also available if desired]

Short term plan[2]

New items for discussion:

• ERR Final Report & discussion - to include target FSD (Mike)
  1. FSD perhaps excessive, though recommended by ERR committee. McCaughan to follow up with them. Idea of software interlock [IF Target_Motion THEN BeamSynch] was also floated and looks worthwhile to pursue. Action item: McCaughan change request to Software group
• Change request submitted to SAD Coordination Task Force - awaiting evaluation. (Mike)
  1. Once approved resource loaded schedule must be published internally for use
• Beam Studies & Optics Characterization: Model development + Planned studies (John, Xi)
• Gun heat and reactivation required (Poelker)
• Engineering: BCM cabling completed, MQZ installed in Wien filter location for emittance studies, HDice line locked out and blanked off after FC#4. Other?
  1. Double check Slow bleed cart availability with SRF
  2. Brock Cavity should be removed from present song sheet location on wastewater line as earlier decided.
