  • Mar => Max's study of lifetime vs. gun voltage 100-200 kV
  • Apr => Install Wien & Mott, commission w/ beam
  • May => early install 200 KV gun if ready, or .... 2nd attempt at CsSbO activation => compare to life/pol vs. the Mar/Apr results
  • Jun => late install 200 KV gun at UITF, bake and HV condition
  • Jul => make beam 200 KV, FE zero?, lifetime bulk/780 ok?
  • Aug => latest to be ready to put beam into Booster, ready to commission Compton
  • Sep...Feb => group runs CEBAF, builds Phase2 @ TL, supports UITF as needed
  • Mar...Jun => install Phase2, commission beam, ready for CEBAF ops w/ 200 KV gun + booster
