However, since we have some new faces in the meeting and haven't gotten together since the summer it would be nice to go "around the room" with opportunity to share/show recent or related activities. Since the point of this meeting is to discuss the upcoming NSF funding opportunity I'd like to take a few minutes at the beginning to set the stage.
