Last 24 hours
- Completed change to Ca-48 target
- Evening work to re-establish beam
  - Delays due to accelerator.
  - Centering the beam on the target
  - Luminosity scan
  - Beam-blocker transmission calibration
- At 2:30 AM, began production at 80 nA
- 12:30 PM, began low-luminosity run, to finish around 16:30 PM
Issues
- Any update on writing to tape?
  - We are still using DAQ config to PROD67_noVTPread
- 2H01 Vacuum is reading 10^-2
  - Persistent alarm state
  - Since upstream and downstream vacuum read 10^-6, this is likely a faulty gauge.
  - Unless the accelerator has major unplanned down-time, we'll replace this gauge during Friday access.
Upcoming Plan
- Run production at 80 nA until Friday
- Friday full day of restricted access to switch to Ca-40 target
  - Use this opportunity to replace 2H01 vacuum gauge.
Analysis
- 2.0 GeV vs. 1.6 GeV for BAND calibrations

Last 24 hours
- Production running on Sn target
  - Established 90 nA for production, limited by region 3 DC current and occupancy [1]
  - Gas alarm on FMT caused HV to shut down. [2] This wasn't noticed until 11 PM, i.e., runs 15320 to 15324 are missing the FMT.
  - Overnight BOM trips caused frequent FSD [3]
  - At 5 AM, a DAQ crate power supply needed to be replaced, by rapid access (thank you Sergey!)
- This morning began switching to Ca-48 target
  - Went to restricted access at 7:30 AM
  - Work is still underway
  - Dan updated FTOF HV Settings
  - BOM repairs are complete

Last 24 hours
- Mostly good beam, production running on C
- Orbit Lock changed to 2H01 yesterday at 3PM
- Low current run (20 nA), Run 15285, yesterday evening
- Resumed 90 nA production running on C at the end of Swing
- More DAQ issues resurfaced over night
  - Led to many short runs, which DO have good data and should be analyzed
Issues
- More DAQ trouble
  - Sergey switched the DAQ configuration to PROD66_noVTPread
- Torus cryo alarm at 9:45 PM
Upcoming Plan
- Sunday, 12/5, 8AM, Switch from C to Sn
  - This time works for Eugene.
  - Eugene's help will be needed to recenter the beam on target
- Monday, 12/6, Switch from Sn to Ca
  - Hall will go to restricted access from approx 7:30 AM to 5PM for target change work.
  - Denny is coordinating with MCC / RadCon to support this access.
- Weekend meetings
  - RC/PD meetings scheduled for 9AM over the weekend on the usual BJ.
  - No daily RC Meeting over the weekend, but I will send an RC e-mail update.
  - Are analysis meetings needed?

Short-term plan
- As of yesterday, plan was to switch to Sn on Friday afternoon, Ca on Monday.
  - Denny Insley plans to call for restricted access at 7:30 AM (Mon. 12/6), with goal to start work by 8:15 AM, finish by around the end of the day shift.
- Any changes to this plan?
- Any calibrations still needed on C (low current runs, etc.)?
