1. Operations

MFA

No one from cryo has access to the operations screens from home. I have called Kowalski, helpdesk, and put in a CCPR.

MFA do not support MACs yet. CS is working on a solution.


LINAC

Normal

C100 heaters have been changed to Independent because they cant any extra heat on in them or it increases the microphonics/quench issues.


CHL1

ESR

Hall C believes the high SHMS back pressure is because of the flexible anaconda. Hall C changed the anaconda but it did not help. Transferline flow has been redirected from dewar to Hall supply to shore up 3atm pressure. More tuning for this mode is needed.


CTF

The CTF shutdown is underway. The warm work was completed.


HDR

Normal. Tim is learning to tune the LN2 valve.


2. Projects

UIM

Shutdown is underway.


UITF

Thermosiphon is being fabricated.


MSU

Working to accumulate the pressure systems documentation. Meeting with Fabio on Friday.


LCLS2

Ritendra starts today he will be assigned to the LCLS2 Monday to help with controls. The ECAD designer was extended through May.


3. Manpower

Ritendra started. He has an office and has a computer. He is working on LCLS2.


4. Info from Will

1. LN2 contract proposals are in and have been routed to DOE for approval.

2. New director starts Apr 3.

3. We have been asked to provide a feasibility study for putting an LCLS2 module in LERF.

4. Funding could impact summer shutdown schedule possibly forcing the shutdown of CHL2 on 23 March. We are moving ahead with fabrication of the piping spools for this job.

5. LERF is still hoping to get the medical isotope contract in 18'


5. Other

Machie send out a request asking how many people still use ME10.

1. Must keep meeting to no more than 30 minutes

2. Plan the replacement of the SC2 power feedthrus.
