1. Overview

Cryogenics is moving forward with the design and engineering for a new 2K cold box to replace SC1 using new LCLS2 technology. The design will likely be a cold box with compressors and a separate cold box for the heat exchanger. It will take maximum advantage of the LCLS2 design and drawings.
