1. Manpower
Rotendra starts in one week. He will start on LCLS2.
New LCLS2 manpower plan anticipated by Monday next week so we can plan.
2. Project
The 2K FDR is scheduled 9 Mar at JLAB.
Controls design workshop is at SLAC 8 Feb. Scanlon says requirements keep changing. It was a procurement readiness review but now they are asking for ICD's FRS's etc. Post review should allow Chris to release gas management and utility ($500K) and then the 4K and 2K cold boxes ($500K) (paperwork is at 80% complete).
