BEAM TEST

• October 2024 beam test:

• set up

• Applied for two slots in 2025: February 17 and May

• Opportunity to sign up for two test beam areas (T22 and T24)

• gives groups more time for running
• find out and sign up for these two test beam areas (Douglas)

• Can the discrete readout be produced by February

• need to prototype three boards - order these now (Larry)
• get production done
• readout board - not sure, but may have a few channels

• Final design review postponed

• CD-2 in Fall 2025 and CD-3 a year later

PRE-PROPOSAL

• Final documents coming in to CUA SPO

• Textual updates:

• Broader Impacts
• Wording and formatting throughout the document

• Any comments on the narrative/abstract by 8pm ET on Sunday 11/17

• Renee will upload abstract/narrative to NSF system

• Submit to CUA SPO so they have it first thing Monday morning

PRETDR DOCUMENT

• Circulate comments to group

• Prepare slide for ePIC TIC meeting

• Address comments by the deadline, which is presently 1 Dec, but is expected to be extended to a date before Christmas
