DOE CD REVIEW

• from detector part all went very well - no critical questions

• recommendations: green light to proceed to approval CD3A - approved to go ahead with long lead procurement

• finalize services (cables, piping, etc.)

• Procurement of crystal has started - unless updates from NSF have to go ahead with Project process in about two weeks

• Check in with NSF on

• SiPMs: only those for the forward calorimeter go through CD3A, the rest through a later procurement schedule
