MECHANICAL/DESIGN

• Work ongoing - detailed report on status at collaboration meeting

DSG UPDATE

• Update on ongoing work on chiller

HV DIVIDER

• Some small delays in component delivery, but overall on track

REFLECTOR SHAPING

• 700 pre-shaped foils are available (600 made by DSG, 100 made at ODU)

• ODU has ~400 foils that still need to be preshaped - status is unknown

CRYSTAL WRAPPING PROCEDURE (Carlos and IJCLab-Orsay team)

• Four tools for crystal wrapping were made - can make more as needed. They are 3D printed. Planning to ship the tools to JLab in the next weeks

• Tedlar and scotch tape were already sent to JLab

• Slides with description of wrapping - being updated to use scotch tape not all the way to end of block

• Video of procedure presented - also needs to be updated

• Status updates from design/engineering and detector support - in general should be status update over the last year and anything left (a few slides)
