MECHANICAL (Paulo)

  • Beam line supports etc. in procurement
  • Action item: measure height of racks,


FEG (Ben, Bryan)

  • VTP trigger: fADC readout mask to be added - then can be installed and tested


SOFTWARE/ANALYZER (David H, Ole)

  • Work ongoing for Analyzer
  • on schedule generally
  • ET and multi event block highest priority
  • team of people working on it
  • Action item: for multi block need data format (check with Bob Michaels)
  • Online diagnostic histograms
  • use HMS as is
  • use Hall A/DVCS as base for NPS - needs to be tweaked since NPS has more channels
  • Live display in Hall C like Hall D: Ole, David H will gather information on this)
  • ANL used a live display for an experiment in Hall C
  • ET decode data and display - Paul King might have worked on that

  • Shift schedule and requirements
  • Explore shifts by institution, e.g., expected to cover a certain number of shifts but doesn't matter how that is done. Don't assign shifts. Make sure that there is a minimum number of shifts that needs to be taken per person
  • Suggested minimum number of shifts per person: 10
  • Action item: poll availability of groups for NPS run and how many people are available for shifts
