General Meeting Summary 5/2/13

PROPOSAL PREPARATION

• All proposal drafts were circulated earlier this week to the Hall A and C communities and interested people to join the proposals.

• DVCS:

• discussion of proposal draft
• Since last week, the introduction and formalism were updated and a more general introduction included. A section on modeling and GPDs was also included.
• A new reference was included on inner calorimeter
• Discussion on title to also include DES pi0
• Discussion on adding conclusions for figures in simulation section
• Discussion on adding reference to NPS document
• Submission is planned for Monday morning

• SIDIS:

• discussion of proposal draft.
• Received some comments to strengthen proposal
• Planning to make last edits over weekend and submit on Sunday evening

• WACS:

• did not get many comments since circulating proposal to mailing lists. Will contact people directly.
• planning to submit on Monday morning

INITIAL DISCUSSION OF PAC PRESENTATION

• Discussion of order of presentations. Preferably all should be in the same session

• Discussion on how to include experimental equipment and introduction of run group
