- Recent calorimeter activities:
- FEE board testing and code development - 4 towers with 4 SiPMs each
- MIP calibration - run-time calibration
- gain monitoring during run - LED based
- DAQ processing hardware and firmware
- Lehigh U. (Rosi)
- Recent/ongoing projects:
- STAR EPD
- sPHENIX HCAL - test SiPM amp+shaper boards
- Also availability of resources and close proximity to BNL could be beneficial to EEEMCal
- MIT
- Update from discussions with Lincoln Lab - large area SiPMs should be possible in principle, further discussions planned
- Also planning to check on possibilities with Hamamatsu
Simulations
- Collect all existing simulations in the EEEMCal Wiki
