File Format
- Dave A. showed a few (slides) to initiate a conversation on SRO data format
- We could consider adopting a format similar to the CODA event format which maps well to SRO systems
- Benefit is it allows aggregating smaller time slice blocks which decreases overhead ratio
- Some discussion on redundancy of information in format (e.g. time slice number and time stamp)
- More thought needed on merging this with Graham's draft SRO format which does not explicitly include aggregation
- Will continue discussion next week
