DOE Data Management Policies

Background

Policies on storing data at DOE National Labs have been "well known" in some circles and generally passed by word-of-mouth. In discussing a Computing Plan for the EIC, questions came up about whether parts of the plan would run afoul of the official policies we are bound by. In order to know this, we need to know what the actual policy is. The DOE's site office at JLab helped point us to some of the documentation below.
