Agenda:

  1. Project status and schedule slides (David)
  2. AOT

Minutes

Attendees: David L., Sergey F., Gagik G., Harut A., Simon T., Justin S., Sean D., Thomas B., Riad S.

  • David showed some slides to orient everyone with some of the important info from the NOFO and anticipated schedule
  • We discussed how to do communication on the proposal development.
    • There was a consensus to use e-mail
    • David will send out an e-mail to everyone who may be working on the proposal. Ommissions should be added to the list by replying to all and adding the new address(es)
    • We will not use a centralized service (e.g. mailman) for now to avoid publicly accessible archives.
  • We discussed briefly some of the objectives. In particular how both CLAS12 and GlueX will benefit.
    • Sergey noted that this will help advance L3 trigger development in GlueX.
  • A person was assigned for each experiment to take the lead on identifying the controllable parameters, physical observables, and relevant error budgets. These are the first priority for moving forward with the proposal development
    • MOLLER - RIAD S.
    • CLAS12 - Gagik G.
    • GlueX - Justin S.
  • Justin noted that having a list of deliverables would help flesh out which observables will be appropriate.
    • David will work on this and circulate it.

Action Items

  1. Send e-mail to all to establish communication thread for project - David
  2. Create list of deliverables for the project - David
  3. Create list of controllable beam parameters+associated error budget for MOLLER - Riad
  4. Determine reactions, observables, error budget for CLAS12 - Gagik
  5. Determine reactions, observables, error budget for GlueX - Justin
