PrimEx	2021	PrimEx_instructions	GPR, trained on GlueX-2020	Shifters ran the scripts to read EPICS and suggest HV, before setting HV and starting the run HV predictions were rounded to 5V steps Much of the run was with empty target. Shifters were not supposed to use the AI w empty tgt but they did.
