    1. The deadline for the initial submission of the ERSAP paper is Fri Sep 8 at 23:59 UTC.
  2. GEM detector streaming readout
    1. Completed pulse generator analysis for a single GBT link (Kaemon).
      1. Additional studies are required: distributions of the following over an entire run:
        1. peak amplitude (max ADC value) of the detected pulse for each channel
        2. integral value of the detected pulse for each channel.
    2. Problem: ERSAP streaming SRO pipeline works in the offline mode.
      1. Solution: GBT link level parallelization (link has five subgroups)
  3. CLAS12 streaming readout
    1. The testing of the CLAS12 streaming readout is planned for October. The essential hardware required for these tests has been placed on order, with expectations of timely delivery.
    2. Update VTP stream hit identification algorithm
      1. Adaptive Crawling Window Event Clustering (ACWEC) algorithm
    3. Reconstruction validation actor is currently under testing (Gagik)
  4. Preparation for the JIRAF-EJFAT-EsNet-NERSC integration
