  • We reviewed the minutes from last time. One action Item involved inviting SPADI alliance folks to this meeting. Will follow up with Marco later
  • Vardan reported on ACAT2024
    • Some interest with our RTDP poster from multiple people
    • Should JLab Host one of these?
  • BDX
    • Fabio showed some slides covering some benchmarking he has been doing
    • Comparison of the Autoencoder lossy method compression ratio and compression speed to standard, lossless gzip and bz2 methods
    • Some discussion on coupling this to network transport so interference effects could be observed (if any)
    • Marco noted that we need a dedicated BDX meeting from the principals there to work on timeline and tasks
    • Order just placed for PRAD2 (5 loaded crates)
    • Italy will take lead on testing prototype there and ship them to JLab later
    • BDX has ~1k channels
  • Visualization
    • Cissie on hold until we have prototype of streaming configuration for her to run and observe
  • Configuration
    • Vardan showed some prototyping he is working on using Camunda BPMN modeler
    • Generic graphical tool for building configuration with component customization
