  • BDX
    • Marco reported no ADC modules will be purchased this year (and therefore available to loan to BDX) due to recent budget constraints
    • Crystals from Babar are looking harder to procure. They are under time and storage constraints and there is not really time to mount an effort to disassemble and transport them to here.
    • Some older crystals may be available to borrow from CERN
    • Still in discussions with Taku/SPADI on collaborating
    • Some slides are needed to fill out talk Marco will be giving at RealTime conference in a couple of weeks. Vardan and David agreed to send some by Wed.
  • Vardan reported not much progress since last time.
    • Working on a few customizations to configuration platform including ERSAP as a data processing component
  • Ayan
    • Some discussion on milestones as reported in FY24Q2 quarterly report
      • Questions on what the configuration prototype file was. Ayan described what was there, but that minimal testing was done as there is not yet code to test it with.
    • The stand alone aggregator continues to have issues. Specifically, it requires prestart and go events before it will begin accepting streams
      • Some discussion on how to address. One option is to try and use first file in a run which contains these control events. Another is to generate them dynamically and prime the stream with them. Ayan will look into.
  • A meeting with Thomas, Torri, Ayan, and David took place to discuss integrating Hydra into an RTDP configuration
    • The consensus was that this should be done using the containerized version that is nearing a usable prototype
    • First stage implementation will be using existing GlueX online code to produce images for Hydra consumption.
  • David briefly reported that PODIO streaming prototype is functioning, but not at the stage where anyone else can run it.
  • PIER activities
    • David reached out to Lisa Surles-Law about proper format and venue for MS hackathon workshop. She suggested the meet sometime after April 17 to discuss it.
