* Updated Dave R. on meeting last week with Bob M., Rolf E., Jianwei Q., and Amber B. 
** Proposal will include description of broad program in AI that includes projects in Theory
** Funding from this proposal will target experimental controls part specifically
* Dave R. asked to provide 1-2 pages describing broader program
* Thomas sent link to Overleaf document that "anyone with link can edit" so Dave can edit document directly.
* Naomi Jarvis of CMU is also going to be a contributor since one of specific experiment controls projects will focus on the Central Drift Chamber in GlueX for which she is the world expert.
