Responsibilities

Note: please include only current, active responsibilities. This is not meant to be a CV for the group. In general, we would like to know who is doing what right now.

  1. Associate Professor Michael Dugger is supervising Graduate students Alan Gardner (current project K* K utilizing GlueX data) and Katelyn Hernandez (current project excited Cascade -> Cascade pion utilizing GlueX data).

Additionally, Dugger is responsible for GlueX TPOL analysis results and is also working on PWA of low-mass mesons that decay K K pi from GlueX data.

  1. Dr. Brandon Sumner is responsible for Cascade(1535) analysis in GlueX and is assisting graduate student Katelyn Hernandez in her analysis.
  1. Graduate Student Katelyn Hernandez is currently learning to expand upon Brandon Sumner's Cascade analysis to include additional states above 1600 MeV.

Physics Interests

  1. Excited Cascade states (Brandon Sumner and Katelyn Hernandez)
  2. Excited Lambda states (Dugger and future graduate student)
