Graduate Students

Responsibilities

Prof. Jung Keun Ahn and Dr. Shin Hyung Kim, no current responsibilities but looking to get involved.

Physics Interests

  1. Exploring \Xi* hyperons (\Xi(1620) and \Xi(1690))
  1. Search for excited \Omega* hyperons
  1. Studying low-energy KN and K*N interactions

Disclosure of Other Research Activities

Prof. Jung Keun Ahn also works on the Belle-II collaboration studying hyperon resonances, the LEPS2 collaboration exploring the photoproduction of hadrons and the HypTPC collaboration studying exotic baryons; because the production mechanism and decay channels are different, there does not seem to be a conflict of interest with the ongoing work in the KLF collaboration.
