Attended: ..., and Igor.

  • On October 3rd, we had a Hovanes CPS meeting for a development of the conseptual design of the Tagger vault with CPS [1].
Temperature map calculations (Tim).
Updates on the conceptual design (Vitaly).
  • On October 17th, we had a Hovanes CPS meeting for a development of the conseptual design of the Tagger vault with CPS [2].
  • Temperature map calculations (Tim).
  • Updates on the conceptual design (Vitaly) [3].
  • Adding raster to FLUKA simulations (Hovanes):
Convolution of two distributions: Gaussian ⨁ Rastering;
Gaussian with 2.5 mm in FWHM (which is the same as 1.1 mm in RMS);
Uniform rastering of the center of the Gaussian within D = 2 mm;
Raster only the beam position but not the angle (parallel shift);
Wider channel may be needed;
Evaluate the impact of FWHM dropping to 1 mm instead of 2.5 mm but keeping the raster on.
  • On October 21st, Tanja Horn had a CPS meeting (main focus is CPS for Hall C) [4].
  • On October 31st, we had a Hovanes CPS meeting for a development of the conseptual design of the Tagger vault with CPS [5].

  • Thursday, November 10th, we had the 6th KLF Collaboration meeting [6].
