Nick will miss our meeting because of the g14 meeting and Justin will do the same because of the departmental retreat while Dan is busy with Hall B running.

As far as you know, PAC46 will be held during the week of July 16, 2018.

The deadline for submission of proposals and updates is 8:00 a.m. EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) on Monday, June 4, 2018 [1] . The deadline for the GlueX Collaboration submission is May 4, 2018.

Briefly where we are now...

1) The expectation is to get a CPS conceptual design for Hall C by the end of January [2] and start to implement it to Hall D.

2) We started MC for neutron and gamma yields from Be-target (Eugene approved a conceptual design) [3]. 1st sample has a hole in W (full statistics). 2nd sample has a hole in Pb (full statistics for neutrons and small statistics for gammas) [4] . For the 1st sample, the distribution of neutrons on front of LH2/LD2 target is shown [5] . 3rd and 4th samples are coming.

3) Nick and Mikhail are doing MC for the KL-neutron scattering (KL+n-->K+Sigma-) using input from Maxim Mai.

4) Nick will do MC for the Omega- production off the proton ?

5) Nick and Mikhail team will present a conceptual design of the facility to measure KL flux in mid of January (MS student project) [6].

6) PWA with quasi data will start in January using help of Cesar Ramires.

7) Marouen is going to revise pion-kaon MC studies.

8) PKI2018 is coming soon [7] .

The recent version of the KLF proposal is [8] .
