Attended: Sean, Vitaly, Moskov, Marshall, Sashi, Alex, Hovanes, Sasha, Igal, Eugene, Stuart, and Igor. Mikhail and Stuart are working at Jülich to bring some staff to JLab currently dismounting detectors in Jülich for reuse as our KFM, at Jülich, at Jülich. Richard and Keigo were not able to come.
