Weekly Reporting LERF Conversion

Week of November 2 - 8, 2017

Issues:

None, installation crews working in CEBAF tunnel this week. This is last week machine will be open so activity will pick up next week with the cryomodule shuffle.

LERF accomplishments this week:

Semi-annual Personnel Safety System re-certification complete

Safety Assessment document is in progress

The 480 VAC panel work for the SSA power is in progress

Tunnel is all cleaned up and ready for the shuffle, once the CEBAF style modules are moved out the waveguide will be prepared for the new installation.

A 36” deep rack was acquired from ‘free stock’ to hold the Dell R630, 29.5” deep servers
