My notes for the mechanical design:
- CRYO CAN* is the name.
Desire to have coupler supply and shield supply on the coupler side of the C/M, check against installed flow path.
Faraday cup mounted to Ti window inside the can.
Relocate fast cool down outlet to the side of the can.
find original X-FEL bellows design for vacuum loading analysis.
