Josh and Keith described details of their systems. - Need to add tee for 3 atm He supply; consider adding isolation at LERF vault for the 3 atm warm He line. Nusair to check where 3 atm warm He supply line can be isolated in CHL. Kevin will check in the LERF. - P&ID needs to be signed. - Warm gas flow maximum is 3 g/s. - Use a bellows sealed manual valve for cooldown line. Nusair to provide part number. - Cryo recommends a relief valve that has guard vacuum for the cooldown line. This requires a change to the P&ID. Cryo has a design for the guard vacuum relief valve drawing. Nusair to provide to Keith. - Relief system on Cryo Can includes two ASME stamped reliefs. - Guard vacuum line has all-metal valve to isolate the wall lines from the Cryo Can and CM. - Remove valve and tee from guard vacuum line. Guard vacuum will be at atmospheric when connection between Cryo Can and transfer lines. (Keith) - We reviewed some of the comments from the 15-Mar email. - Need to consider how to manage the heat from the cryomodules during steady state operation. - Pumpdown control will need to use the heaters. - Ensure no interferences with the dummy beam pipe. (Jim)

Need to plan a future meeting to review P&ID and detailed operational procedures.

Please let me know if there are any corrections. Thanks, Ed
