Below are notes and actions from our discussion on the Cryo Can and Transfer Line Installation work.

We reviewed the set of drawings for the supply and return transfer lines and the cryo can

We reviewed the preliminary installation plan and developed plans for setting the transfer lines in place

Some actions -

Set and locate the supply and return at the same time, Cryo can will be delivered later - Neil

Plan to locate supply and return TL using templates, tape measures and flat bars - Scott & Neil

Identify the set of u-tubes (FL04 is return, FL02 is supply) - Scott

Provide the dimensions of the set of u-tbues to Anthony/Neil/Joe G - Scott

Set and locate the Cryo Can then use the holes in base plate as the guides - Neil

Contact for coordination of work in the Vault - Kevin then Joe Gubeli; Work coordinator is Jim Coleman

Hot work permits will be completed by the welding crew - SRF plans to do the welding portion - need to verify with Tony and Bob; Scott thinks that the Cryo Group may be able to conduct the welding effort SRF assumes currently that only welder is supplied; No work planning was proposed - Bob

Check for interferences between guard vac line and Subatm return u-tube - Jim

Create cross section at the Cryo can - RT TL field joint - Jim

3 atm line - need to define the work pkg for the 3 atm line; Line will be positioned, leak-checked, pressure tested, and backfilled. - Jim Henry & Matt Marchlik

Instrumentation - Plan to re-use channels for valve controls on the cryo can from existing Cryo EPICs controls.

Vault ODH status is the same as it was prior to LCLS-II CMs - ODH 0/1.

Clean room assembly is not completed yet. Kevin needs to define the work and coordinate with someone.

Weekly meetings are effective for what is right in front of us; Having a projection for what is coming in the next month would be helpful.

Future work

Plan to have another planning and coordination meeting in three to four weeks just before or after CryoCan arrival.

LERF testing is targeted to start 1-Oct. LERF main transfer line cooldown is tentative for next week.

Readiness review is planned for mid-September - Kevin

Planning Cryo ops, RF controls and Remote access mini-reviews prior to the RR - Kevin
