Notes from this meeting:

• Bubble Chamber:

1. Made the 27" stand for JLab Injector beamline
2. Ready to start crating, expect to ship by mid-July
3. Cannot yet ship N₂O – needs JLab and Argonne approval
4. Upon arrival at JLab at the end of July, move to Injector tunnel
5. Brad will provide description of the shipment and handling instruction
6. Brad will be at JLab August 3 – 12.

• Safety Reviews:

1. Started pressure system approval process
2. Will need Electrical Review since we have 208 V custom-made electrical distribution box
3. Need a TOSP with all the operational and safety procedures (fire, power loss, ...)
4. List of fluids:
   1. Mercury: 150 mL
   2. Superheated Liquid (N₂O or C₂F₆): 40 – 60 mL
   3. Hydraulic Fluid: 5 gal
   4. Silicone Oil for Chiller: 2 L
