• Shukui - 35% RSR, 65% R&D
• Marcy - 40% RSR, 20% R&D, 20% EIC
• Max - 50% RSR, 30% R&D, 20% EIC

• Gabriel - 100% R&D

Transition staffing...

• Submitted electrical/electronics tech replacement to HR, posts soon
• New requests for ~50% EE, laser/optics expert, HV/modeler expert
• 2-year post-docs for vacuum and e+ are posted

CEBAF is our top priority...

• SAD Jobs (Mott ladder, restore lasers/systems, bleed through beam studies, heat/activate, ?)
• Next run period (on-call, June through March)
• Wrap up the injector upgrade in ~1 year (200 KV gun, Phase 2 beamline)
• Future experiments (Moller photocathodes/RTP cell/4-channel IA and KL Laser ~0.4pC@~10 MHz)
