Schedule Update

• Dec 2 - Dec 16 : injector commissioning (parasitic opportunity)
• Dec 7 : mott commissioning 0400 - 2000 (will ask to break into 4+12)
• Jan (2-10) - Feb 6 : 1-pass commissioning (parasitic opportunity)
• Feb 6 - Feb 27 : SAD (vent for dump, fix mirror, ideally new targets)
• Feb 28 - June 6 : ACC-II (long commissioning run)

• Given present schedule want parts in-hand by Jan 17th
• Be plate - Materion sending quote, will turn into PR
• Cu end cap - RFQ's sent to 3 local vendors today
• Cu cooling - once vendor is building part, will fab LCW circuit
• New dump will go in; thermal analysis will speak to max current
