To-do List
1- Fix evio with file size > 2 GB. Now decoder is limited to 900k events. 2- Update MottOnline 3- Add BPM Analysis 4- Replace "PEPPo" with "Mott" in scripts, decoder, ... . 5- Add delayed helicity analysis for Mott_Sample and Mott_SemiInt Modes. Delayed analysis is already included for Scalers and PEPPo_Int Modes.

8- At one time, we used minicom to hard reboot the Mott DAQ VME crate. This service was discontinued. Instead, we will use the RS232 connection on the CAEN VME64X VME8200. 9- Upgrade opsmdaq0. 10- Standardize "msql" on opsmdaq0.
