1- At one time, we used minicom to hard reboot the Mott DAQ
VME crate. This service was discontinued. Instead, we will use the RS232 connection on the CAEN VME64X VME8200.
2- upgrade opsmdaq0
3- Now we have "opsmdaq0" and "iocmdaq1". It would be a good idea to match names.
