To-do List

* Fix the TID front panel
* Refurbish the Delay Boxes
* Fix evio with file size > 2 GB. Now decoder is limited to 900k events.
* Replace "PEPPo" with "Mott" in scripts, decoder, ... .
* Add delayed helicity analysis for Mott_Sample and Mott_SemiInt Modes. Delayed analysis is already included for Scalers and
PEPPo_Int Modes.
* Update MottOnline
* Add BPM Analysis
* Add Block Readout

1- At one time, we used minicom to hard reboot the Mott DAQ VME crate. This service was discontinued. Instead, we will use the RS232
connection on the CAEN VME64X VME8200.
2- Upgrade opsmdaq0.
3- Now we have "opsmdaq0" and "iocmdaq1". It would be a good idea to match names.
4- Standardize "msql" on opsmdaq0.
5- Upgrade from MVME6100/VxWorks to Intel/Linux CPU.
