Notes from this meeting:

• Hall A progress report:

1. Modulation coils are in the right place. All work is complete and ready for test.
2. There is plan to install the lumi detectors in Hall A beamline exit pipe.
3. Cables for cavities on orders and will be pulled once they arrive.
4. Working on installing the XYQ cavity set.
5. Halo ladder installed with its QWeak targets and detector table is in place. Still Need to:
   1. Re-design new targets
   2. Pull cables (signal + HV) for the halo detectors

• CEBAF Injector Upgrade:

1. The new Quarter Cryo Module (QCM) will be installed in UITF ( in June 2016.
