Minutes

Attendees: James M., Chris K., Torri J., Thomas B., Jiawel G.

• Meeting was short and included brief introductions.

• Went over AIOP Project on GitHub
  • Some access permissions need to be set
    • Torri nor Thomas were able to assign themselves tasks
    • James could not see project at all (error 404)
    • Thomas and Torri could only see the "Target" part and not the "Photon" part.
  • Initial tasks and milestones already entered. No assignments yet
    • Expect others to create new tasks as needed and assign themselves as appropriate
  • Torri will work with James to identify data sets.

• James asked about work disk space for the project. David said he would set up a directory on the EPSCI work disk

• James can spend up to 10% time on AIOP (funded through target group)

• James also needs access to the EPSCI wiki

Action Items

• Update access permissions on AIOP GitHub project (David)
• Create directory for AIOP on /work/epsci (David)
• Add participants to EPSCI wiki permissions
