    • JLab Covid-19 Status (personal status memos: deadlines, 9/28/2021, 5/7/2021)
    • From Nov. 17th memo: As of Tuesday, Nov. 16, 734 of 792 Jefferson Lab employees have been vaccinated. ... Of the remaining 52 employees, 22 requested an accommodation for medical or religious reasons, and the majority of these have been approved. All employees requesting an accommodation have been notified along with their supervisors. Accommodated employees are required to participate in weekly COVID-19 testing before working on-site and may be required to maintain other health and safety controls once Medical Condition levels change and controls are relaxed for vaccinated employees.
