Agenda:

  • Announcements
  • Streaming CODA with EJFAT-based Event Building
    • In the CODA/EJFAT meeting, we discussed a proposal to integrate the EJFAT high-performance transport and adaptive load-balancing framework into the streaming CODA infrastructure.
      • Project tracking and coordination for CODA with E2SAR to facilitate structured development, progress monitoring, and milestone tracking.
    • Validation of ERSAP-E2SAR Pipeline Execution
      • Successfully executed ERSAP-E2SAR data processing pipelines, developed by Srinivas.
      • Identified a protobuf library versioning conflict between the ERSAP framework and E2SAR, requiring resolution to ensure seamless interoperability.
    • Initial deployment of e2sar-java, enabling Java-based E2SAR actors in the data-stream proecssing pipelines.
    • Real-World Testing Preparation
      • Preparing for VTP-driven single-stream ingestion and reassembly using the ERSAP-E2SAR pipeline, targeting performance validation under real-data conditions.
  • RTDP
    • Streaming VTP Payloads from PCAP Captures of Recent Beam Studies
      • Extracting and processing VTP payloads from PCAP files recorded during recent beam studies as part of the RTDP project (Issue 15).
    • Event Aggregation and Data Serialization
      • Following aggregation and event identification, generating EVIO-compliant data files that maintain compatibility with CODA and HIPO5 standards.
        • At this stage, Hall-B collaboration is required to ensure proper validation and alignment with experimental data formats.
  • PET Data Acquisition and Processing Workflows
    • ERSAP HowTo documentation for the pet-sro project
    • Network related issue while running ERSAP
  • Streaming CODA
    • AFECS required upgrades
      • Integrate EJFAT as an additional high-performance transport framework alongside Socket, ET, and cMsg, enabling adaptive data movement, dynamic load balancing, and optimized event distribution within the CODA ecosystem.
  • AOT
