Streaming CODA with EJFAT-based Event Building
- Validated ersap-e2sar test pipelines on tania.jlab.org.
  - Missing data packets: tania/ejfat - LB(ejfat-fs) - ejfat-6
- Tania's second NIC on subnet 109 (CODA data plane subnet) for VTP stream simulation and data reassembly.
- Access control to permit the DAQ fast subnet 129.57.109.0/24 to route through the ESnet L3VPN.
