  • FOA-0002875 Program Limitations
    1. 2 years (possibly longer with no cost extension)
    2. $1M/yr (program has only $8M total and JLab cannot get more than $2M/yr)
      • Data Point for scale: AWP for AIEC for FY23 is $280k. Includes 1.5FTE + $22k for travel, equipment.
      • Probably no more than ~5FTE for $1M (though depends on who and other factors)

  • Immediate Action Items:
    1. Finish filling out Section "A. Introduction" of the proposal to a level we can submit to Thia and Amber tomorrow
    2. Finalize projects and goals before meeting the week of Nov. 28th.
      • We will need some idea of how many FTEs will be needed for different types of workers for each institution.
  • Next meeting date/time
