GPU Resources at JLab
- Graham looking at what GPU resources would be needed/appropriate for the SciComp farm
- Nubuo et al. working on reproducing CLAS6 e- p -> e- p π+ π- results
- David noted NERSC will be GPU heavy after Perlmutter upgrade so software will need to leverage it in order to take advantage
- Thomas noted some GPUs are available currently on OSG
- Cloud is also possible for temporary stop-gap
EVIO-6
- Still working on porting EVIO-4 code to C++
JANA2
- GlueX port to JANA2 progression
- ACTS - EIC meeting on Wed.
MCWrapper
- Incorporating config. files for managing an MCWrapper instance temporarily on hold while higher priority tasks are addressed
- Move to python3 has encountered issues with RCDB and CCDB
- CVMFS JLab share on oasis final testing underway
- Documents for formalizing JLab VO(virtual organization) on OSG sent to Graham and Bryan
A.I.
- Thomas scheduled to give talk on 6/24
- Series of invited talks underway at A.I. Lunch Series
SRO
- Working on Java stream source (helps in preparing for streaming CLAS12 data)
- CLON (CLAS Online) server went offline Wed. and as of this morning, it is not yet up
- Able to compile and run Graham's software for emulating VTP source
