- There are several people (Moskov, Shankar, Nick, Mikhail, Sean, Todd, Jose, Kijun, Andrey, Aleksei, Frank, Antimo, Denis, and Igor) who are working at overleaf [1] now to update our KL proposal (the current version is KLProposal_48.tex). Red color shows whois working.

- Let us have more or less final version of the draft of the proposal by mid of April.
- Let us have the next meeting on March 31st.
