  • Attended: Nick, Mikhail, Moskov, Mark, Justin, Marouen, and Igor

  • We need to move rather quickly as we have five weeks only to submit our KLF proposal to the GlueX Collaboration to get an approval for the PAC46 and the PAC deadline is June 4th (sharp). The PAC is scheduled for a week of July 16th.

  • Marouen and Moskov for status of pion-kaon work with quasi-data for Jose and Sandro' analysis [1].
  • Nick for status of MC for Xi on the 'neutron' target using Maxim's event generator [2].
  • Kijun for status of MC for pi-Lambda [3].
  • Igor for status of pi+p quasi-data work for PWA which Ron is running now.
  • Mikhail for status of the Flux Monitor [4].
  • Jim for status of trackers for the Flux Monitor.
  • Igor for status of the neutron and gamma background in the exp hall: our MC shows that the neutron and gamma flux and dose rate for the KLF experiment is below the RadCon limit. We are still working to prevent troubles for SiPMs and BECAL. [5][6][7][8].
  • Moskov for status of a beam time structure (64 ns) and the electron beam raster for CPS.
  • Igor for status of cryogenic target.
  • Igor for status of CPS: A 30 kW CPS has been designed by an ENP working group for Halls C/A. The group intends to provide also the design for a 60 kW device for Hall D. They believe that only minor modifications will be needed.
