Attended: Moskov, Sean, Eugene, and Igor. Justin and Hovanes are working in Hall D to prepare for coming run. Mikhail will miss our meeting on January 10th. The UoY group has a UK Nuclear Physics community meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday. Mikhael presented KLF stuff trying to convince people that KLF is good. Some of these people will be reviewers of the UoY coming consolidated grant proposal, so it is important for the UoY group Mikhail's slides for the London Meeting
- On December 8th, we had a Hovanes KPT meeting for to prepare for ERR [1].
- On December 12th, we had a Hovanes CPS meeting for a development of the conseptual design of the Tagger vault with CPS [2].
- On January 9th, we had a Hovanes CPS meeting for a development of the conseptual design of the Tagger vault with CPS [3].

- Updates on Pavel's model - no updates
- On January 27th, Tanja Horn had a CPS meeting (main focus is CPS for Hall C, incuding stress/thermal calculations) [4].
