- There are several people (Moskov, Shankar, Mikhail, Viktor, and Andrey) who are working at overleaf [1] to update our KL proposal. It will be good if native speakers find a time to polish our proposal.
- Supplemental materials for the PAC48 sumission:
- Final version of KLF_Analysis_ Report (hyperon case). Tex version is available at overleaf. There is ref in the proposal.
- KLF_Analysis_ Report (meson case) is coming.
- Final version of New_Equipment.
- Final version of the Raster document. There is ref in the proposal.
- Final version of the KFM. It is available on the GlueX DB as GlueX-doc-3603. There is ref in the proposal.
- Final version of the KPT. Tex version is available at overleaf. There is ref in the proposal.
- Final version of the CPS. There is ref in the proposal.
- Final version of the timeline for the different stages of the design, construction, and installation of the KL beamline. It is available in the KLF proposal on overleaf.
- Our tentative schedule is
- June 22nd: is the deadline for the Proposal submission which is Monday.
- June 18th: let us start our submission to have a time to prevent troubles.
- June 14th: deadline for the KLF Collaboration review of the proposal.
- June 9th: spokesperson meeting [2].
- June 4th: let us send a final version of the Proposal to the KLF Collaboration and give folks 10 days for comments (until June 14th).
- May 19th: is a time for the 3rd KLF Collab (virtual) meeting [3].
