Hi Kevin,
Here are most of the cables we’ll need for the cryo control racks scope. I’m passing this example along so your team can take a look at what we have readily available to provide your team.

Nearly all connectors for the long hauls in the racks are to terminal blocks.

The distributor we’re using is Anixter for our procurements.

Cable type explanations There are many “XS” cables. This is an example of how to decode the number. CAPTAR cable 2PR16XS: 2 PAIR, 16 AWG, XLPE LSZH Insulation, Shielded Twisted Pairs, Overall shield with drain wire. Manufacturer: Lake Cable Example PN: TXH1816EPS

6PR16ITN Basically the same as “XS”. Only has overall shield, chosen just for cost reduction. Manufacturer: Lake Cable.

2C12TLNU 2 Conductor, no shield, XLPE LSZH Insulation, 12 AWG for transmitting 24 VDC power to another rack. Manufacturer: Lake Cable. VXH122(19)
