LHRS scopes

  • A 4-chan scope and a 2-chan scope is installed. Both scopes are from Tektronix.
  • The IP address of the 4-chan scope is 129.57.192.253.
  • The IP address of the 2-chan scope is 129.57.192.128 .
  • Both scopes are accessible in observer mode if you type in the IP address in the browser.
  • To access them in control mode, one has to open /escope/index.html in the adaq home folder with a browser.
  • The following inputs are plugged into the 4-chan scope for trigger checkout step 1 (12/08/17):
Channel Signal
1 S0
2 S2
3 S0&S2
4 GC
  • The following inputs are plugged into the 2-chan scope for trigger checkout step 2 (01/18/18):
Channel Signal
1 T1
2 T3
ext T2
  • For the power remote control the 4-chan scope is plugged in hareboot2 channel 6 and the 2-chan scope is plugged in hareboot2 channel 8.

RHRS scopes

  • A 4-chan scope with remote connection is installed. It is a MSO-X-3024A from Agilent.
  • The IP address of the 4-chan scope is 129.57.164.227.
  • To access the scope type in the IP address in a browser (It doesn't currently work from the adaq2 computer!). Click on "Browser Web Control" in the web page and choose "Table Remote Front Panel" afterwards.

Alternatively, you can use vncviewer via the command "vncviewer 129.57.164.227:0".

  • The following inputs are plugged into the 4-chan scope for trigger checkout step 1 (12/08/17):
Channel Signal
1 S0
2 S2
3 S0&S2
4 GC
  • For the power remote control the 4-chan scope is plugged in hareboot32 channel 4

On January 12th 2018 a second 4-chan remote scope was installed (Textronix 3054B)

  • The IP address of this 4-chan scope is 129.57.164.45 or hascope4.
  • This scope is accessible in observer mode if you type in the IP address in the browser.
  • To access it in control mode, one has to open /escope/index.html in the adaq home folder with a browser.
  • The following inputs are plugged into the 4-chan scope for trigger checkout step 2 (01/18/18):
Channel Signal Length of connection cable
1 T4 8ns
2 T5 8ns
3 T6 8ns
4 S0 OR S2 8ns
  • The connections of T4-T6 are from the Trigger Logic. Therefore, T6 is shifted by an extra of 16ns at the NIM-ECL trigger input.
  • For the power remote control the 4-chan scope is plugged in hareboot32 channel 5
